The Guest Wing:
Guaranteeing privacy, this wing features two separate suites of bedrooms and baths. One is set up to be a self-contained Nanny's quarters, with outside entrance.
These are fully realized spaces, with great room to move about in, fireplaces, large closets, beautiful baths and they also have Eastern views. Your family members or guests will feel well treated in these luxurious surroundings.
The Media Room:This space is a work of art and is fully outfitted with over twenty amplifiers, CD and DVD players - plus a wet bar and refrigerator. When you wish, the lights automatically dim, a shade covers the window and the projector and screen magically descend. For the audio and electronics aficionado this space will never cease to please. The Living Portal and the Pool and Deck:
These are the outdoor centers of the property and combine to truly capture the excitement and views inherent in Santa Fe living at Las Campanas. The list of delights is almost endless: forty foot, double lap pool with waterfall, ten person spa, hundreds of square feet of slate pool decking, two fireplaces, access to the redwood roof deck, extensive, covered outdoor cooking and entertaining area with room to gather large groups of friends for eating, dancing, pool parties, etc.

Garage and Laundry:The massive three-car garage is light and bright and has space for a work area and is blessed with cabinets and storage areas galore. The laundry is very large and can be easily worked in by staff. It features many cabinets, an ironing board and a special lingerie sink.
Throughout out the home you will notice many closets, storage spaces, book shelves and other manner of niceties to aid the livability of the home.
