Dressel Construction specializes in the finest custom homes, and designs and builds their own custom "spec" homes. Dressel also uses state-of-the-art computer software for accounting , budgeting, and construction scheduling to tightly monitor details and progress. In addition, Dressel usually has no more than two homes under construction at one time, in order to insure the optimum quality and attention to detail. Each project has its own superintendent, and Kim Dressel visits every site 2-3 times daily to maintain quality and artistic integrity.
